Return conditions

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you wish to return your order for any reason, you can do so. You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to return your order.

We guarantee a refund as long as the product is still in perfect condition (unused and undamaged) and includes the original packaging. If this is not the case, we unfortunately cannot process the return.

Please note that the shipping costs for returns are at your own expense. Therefore, keep your proof of shipment carefully: we are not responsible if the package is unexpectedly lost.

Unfortunately, exchange is not possible.

Shipping your return

To return your order, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@leopards-palmtrees.com with your order number, the product you want to return and the reason for return

2. We will send you a returns form with our address details

3. Preferably pack the items in the original box. If you no longer have this or it is no longer usable, please provide other good/sturdy packaging. Add the return form to the box and tape it tightly.

4. You return the package to us at your own expense, we therefore recommend that you send it with track & trace and keep your shipping receipt until it reaches us! If the package is unexpectedly lost, this is not our responsibility.

Refund

As soon as we receive the return package, we will process it. We check whether the product is unused and undamaged, after which we will initiate the refund. We will send you a confirmation by email when this has happened. You can expect the amount to be returned to your account within 2 weeks, in the same way it was paid.

Please note: was your order shipped for free, but is the total order amount after the return below €75? We will then deduct the shipping costs of €4.95 (within NL) from the return amount to be refunded to you.

Received wrong/damaged item

When you place an order with us, we carefully check the products and ensure that they are properly packaged before we send them to you. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, we ask that you report this to us within 7 days by sending an email to info@leopards-palmtrees.com.
