1. Where are you located?
In addition to the webshop, leopards & palm trees also has a physical shop-in-shop. This can be found in the Stahlecker Behang store in the center of The Hague. The address is Boekhorststraat 29, 2512 CL The Hague, Netherlands.
2. How can I reach you if my question is not listed here?
You can fill in the contact form or send an email to info@leopards-palmtrees.com . We aim to respond to your question within 24 hours.
Payments
3. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via iDeal, VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Deliveries
4. Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
5. When can I expect my order?
All orders are sent via PostNL and you can expect them at home within 1-3 working days* (within NL). Deliveries outside the Netherlands, but within Europe usually take 3-5 working days*.
*Delivery time for all wallpapers is slightly longer, depending on the type that you order. This is because the wallpaper is delivered via our partner Stahlecker Wallpaper: the wallpaper specialist since 1879. The expected delivery time is stated per wallpaper type.
6. What are the shipping costs?
All orders from €75 are shipped free of charge. For orders up to €75, you pay €4.95 shipping costs in the Netherlands. The shipping costs for the other countries where we deliver are: €9.95.
It is also possible to collect your order for free in our shop-in-shop in Stahlecker Behang. The address is Boekhorststraat 29, 2512 CL The Hague, Netherlands.
Returns
7. Can I return my order?
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you wish to return your order for any reason, you can do so. You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to return your order. We guarantee a refund as long as the product is still in perfect condition (unused and undamaged) and includes the original packaging.
8. How can I return my order?
To return your order, follow these steps:
1. Send an email to info@leopards-palmtrees.com with your order number, the product you want to return and the reason for return
2. We will send you a returns form with our address details
3. Preferably pack the items in the original box. If you no longer have this or it is no longer usable, please provide other good/sturdy packaging. Add the return form to the box and tape it tightly.
4. You return the package to us at your own expense, we therefore recommend that you send it with track & trace and keep your shipping receipt until it reaches us! If the package is unexpectedly lost, this is not our responsibility.
9. When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive the return package, we will process it. We check whether the product is unused and undamaged, after which we will initiate the refund. We will send you a confirmation by email when this has happened. You can expect the amount to be returned to your account within 2 weeks, in the same way it was paid.
Stock
10. What if the product I want to order/I have ordered is no longer in stock?
When a product is sold out, we try to restock it as quickly as possible. In some cases it is unfortunately no longer possible to restock a product. If you have already ordered an item, which unexpectedly turns out to be out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and find out within what period we can still deliver it or we will look for another solution (e.g. a refund).
